As years pass by as a working adult, long nights are becoming a very common thing. It can be a problem for many of us. Dark circles will appear before you know it. Part of the stress can also result to acne on our faces which then become dark marks.
How do we keep up to stay fresh and spotless?
The answer? CONCEALER.
The first concealer products I have tried are the drugstore favorite Maybelline Fit Me Concealer and the Etude House Big Cover. Both of which are only lent to me by a friend during a once in a lifetime event at work.
The first concealer I bought for myself was the Careline Pimple Concealer. But I think it's only good for pimple spots and then you still need to top it with a full coverage concealer.
After rummaging the beauty section once again, I finally decided to get the #Shawill Creamy Liquid Concealer.
The Shawill Creamy Liquid Concealer costs Php 199.00 per 3ml of product at a Watsons branch. I tried to look it up online but sadly, it's not available at the online Watsons store and BeautyMNL.
It comes in a black matte box with sufficient printed detail which you can read through later in this post. Fortunately, you can see the bunny symbol. So this product is cruelty-free! This is my second product from the brand. I have tried their 2 Colors Eyebrow powder compact. It's a must-try for brow powder users.

I bought both Shade No. 1 and No. 2 because they do not have a tester. I wasn't sure of the shade fit for me. Apparently, No.1 is deeper than No. 2.
Right off the bat, the packaging seemed very familiar. I went through my makeup stash and finally found what it looked like. It is very similar to the Ever Bilena Matte Liquid Lipstick. The matte black wand, acrylic container, black label print, and applicator made it almost like twins. The Shawill Creamy Concealer is only a tad taller.
Let's dive in a little bit more into this product.
On one side of the box, you can see the product is MADE IN P. R. C., with a batch number, manufacturing and expiration date, barcode, and a QR code that directs you to www.shawillcosmetics.com. Unfortunately, the website does not exist anymore.

I bought this concealer 1st of September and during that time, I have several acne and pimple due to hormonal imbalance. There were also a few dark marks I needed to cover as well as dark circles under my eyes. Upon opening it, I immediately smelled the scent. It's strong and a little too chemical-ly.
It claims to be full coverage so I applied it full on. One dip of the product per under eye. I also needed to do it twice on my dark marks because the pigments still peak through the concealer.
This is the concealer I used while trying the BYS Peachy Pinks Eyeshadow Palette.
The creasing and the caking are noticeable after 4 hours. Hello under eye lines. I tried to fix it with powder. That kind of helped a little bit. I also tried it to highlight the bridge of my nose. I applied a straight line over my foundation and let it dry a bit before blending. Right after dabbing the sponge a few times, it left a straight line on my nose and removed the foundation with it! I just re-applied foundation to my nose again. Phew!
In the following weeks, I only applied a few dots under my eyes just so it can lighten the area a bit and avoid creasing. To this date, the product is now almost gone. Just two months.
PROS
Affordable.
Cruelty-free.
Compact packaging.
CONS
Limited shades.
Not very full coverage.
Creases easily.
Scent is too strong.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I'm a bit bothered because I still have Shade No. 1. I might mix it with the Careline Pimple Concealer to lighten the shade.
We don't like wasting products over here, sis. #ProjectPan
This is just another one of those"lesson learned" moments. It is affordable, but does it do the job?
For beginners, maybe you can try this just to practice how to apply concealer. But other than that, I think they're only selling their remaining stocks that's why it's not available online anymore. I suggest you try the Shawill Pro-Conceal HD Concealer instead. It looks a lot like the L.A. Girl Pro.Conceal. 🤷
